Refund and Returning Policies

ONLINE ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 3-5 business days for your online orders to be processed and shipped. We will not expedite the speed of the shipping process so keep that in mind when placing your order.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy for online and mobile boutique purchases AFTER you have received the item. To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be in the same store bought condition. Items must be unworn, clean, unused and have tags to receive IN-STORE credit for said product(s). We will also need proof of purchase such as the packing slip or receipt to initiate this process as well.

Email us at acehighboutiquellc@gmail.com before shipping the product(s) back. After approving your return, we will require the tracking number to be sent to us via email. ** The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs which includes packaging when sending back items for a return. **

DO I GET MY MONEY BACK WHEN I RETURN?

Customers who are eligible for returns will NOT be getting the money amount back on their credit account or in cash. The product amount will be loaded onto an IN-STORE gift card which also can be accessed by online customers who are approved for a return.
